Patient Portal goes live for CPMG and PAL employees

The Follow My Health (FMH) patient portal went live today at limited Physicians’ Alliance locations.  The initial launch of FMH will be open to CPMG and PAL employees only.  Employees who are patients at Manor, Cornerstone, or Oysterpoint can sign up to Follow My Health.  If interested, email the CPMG Helpdesk at mis@cpmgmso.com
